The Islamic Center of Greater Toledo has announced plans for its 23rd annual International Festival, scheduled for September 20-21 in Perrysburg, Ohio. The two-day event will run from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday at their location on Scheider Road.

Cross-Cultural Experience Through Food and Arts 

The festival is designed to welcome attendees from all backgrounds to explore diverse global cultures through various immersive experiences. Visitors can expect authentic international cuisine prepared by community volunteers, along with live musical performances and traditional dance showcases from different cultures.

Interactive Activities and Educational Opportunities 

The event will feature multiple engagement opportunities including cultural displays, interactive exhibits, and an international marketplace offering handmade items. Families can enjoy a dedicated children’s area complete with games, craft activities, and a petting zoo for younger attendees.

Free Admission with Nominal Parking Fee 

While entry to the festival is completely free of charge, attendees should note that parking will be available for $5 per vehicle to help support the event’s operations.
