Nusuk Umrah: Saudi Arabia’s Digital Revolution Transforms Pilgrimage Experience

Digital Platform Eliminates Intermediaries, Offers Full Customization

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has introduced the Nusuk Umrah platform to enhance and simplify the Umrah journey for international pilgrims. This digital platform, launched on August 20, 2025, works alongside existing channels available to pilgrims, such as accredited agents. The creation of this platform aligns with the country’s Vision 2030 objective, which aims to make religious travel more seamless and accessible.

How Nusuk Umrah Simplifies Pilgrimage

The online platform lets the international Muslim community apply for visas and book a wide range of services without the hassle of intermediaries. Using the platform, pilgrims can customize their Umrah trip to Saudi Arabia by choosing from either integrated packages or individual services such as visa, guided local tours, accommodation, transportation, and other support services, all in one place.

Users can also customize their packages according to specific requirements. The app can be accessed from the official website, as well as on Android and iOS platforms. Further, Nusuk Umrah can work without a data bundle package on any Saudi Arabian mobile SIM card.
