JAKARTA – Saudi Arabia’s General Court of Audit took the helm of a significant regional meeting this week, presiding over the 69th Governing Board session of the Arab Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (ARABOSAI). The gathering took place in Jeddah, Makkah Province, as part of the organization’s 15th General Assembly, running from November 30 through December 4, 2025.

The meeting brought together leadership and delegates from Supreme Audit Institutions across Arab member nations, creating a forum for discussion on audit practices, governance standards, and regional cooperation.

Dr. Hussam Alagnari, President of the General Court of Audit and Chairman of ARABOSAI, delivered opening remarks highlighting the critical nature of collaborative efforts among Arab audit institutions.
