During the Ballwin Board of Aldermen meeting on April 14, a special use exception was unanimously approved, paving the way for this Halal-certified pizzeria to set up shop at 15523 Manchester Road, within the C-1 Commercial District. This location is one of five vacant storefronts in Gordon Plaza, previously occupied by Imo’s Pizza.

A Focus on Convenience and Quality

Spanning 1,280 square feet, Mizan Pizza will primarily operate as a carry-out and delivery establishment, catering to the busy lifestyles of its customers. While the restaurant will have the capacity to accommodate 15 to 20 patrons inside, there are currently no plans for outdoor seating. This setup allows for a quick and convenient dining experience, perfect for those on the go.

Co-owner Fuad Khalil, represented by Mahmoud Abualizz, expressed enthusiasm about the new venture.

“We’re excited to serve the community and will be open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day,” Abualizz shared.

The team will consist of six full-time and four part-time employees, all dedicated to providing excellent service and delicious food.
