A, Monthly plans require a minimum contract period of 12 months. After 12 months, you are free to cancel or change your plan.

Q, Can I change my plan after registering as a member?
A, If you change your plan after registering as a member, the change will take effect when your current contract expires. For example, if you want to change from a monthly plan to an annual plan, the annual plan will be applied at the next renewal timing.

Q, Does it take some time for the cancellation procedure to be reflected?
A. The cancellation procedure is handled by the support team after the request is made via the email form. Therefore, it may take a few days to respond. Please allow enough time for the request to be completed before the next billing date.

Q, Will I lose access to the website immediately after the cancellation?
A, After the cancellation is completed, you will not be billed next time, but you will continue to have access to paid content for the duration of your contract. Access to the site will cease after the contract ends.
